I just wanted to let you know how happy and pleased I was with the work you did for the practice. We had a chat, I gave you a slightly garbled version of what I was after, you took it and worked with it and came up with exactly what I wanted and more importantly needed. I felt completely understood. The postcards you produced were admired by all and added that special something which picked up the ethos of the practice.
